LEAN IN GIRLS PROJECT

Lean In Girls Project, expected to begin in September 2024, is a leadership program that will help girls see themselves as leaders in a world that often tells them they’re not. We want to equip girls ages 11-15 to be self-assured, resilient, and inclusive everyday leaders and inspire them to lead boldly. Our aim is to empower and encourage them to lead in their own terms. With a balance of strength-building activities and real talk on important topics like Challenging Stereotypes, Reframing Failure and Embracing Risk-Taking will be among those that participants will learn to embrace their leadership powers and reject limiting stereotypes about what girls can’t do.
