Building on the momentum from the CLI convening, Tadala traveled to Mumbai, India, to participate in Project Reinvention 2026, hosted by the Circle India, a global platform focused on rethinking the future of education.
The event brought together leaders, innovators, and changemakers exploring how education systems can adapt to the rapidly evolving global landscape.
Key discussions points focused on topics such as; Reimagining learning for a changing global economy, strengthening connections between education and industry, leveraging technology to enhance learning, and building resilient and inclusive education ecosystems.
These conversations hold particular relevance for Malawi, where expanding digital infrastructure, strengthening teacher capacity, and aligning education with entrepreneurship and employability remain urgent priorities.
Experiences like Project Reinvention highlight how global insights can inform local action, helping organizations like MATCH Foundation continue designing programs that prepare young people not just for exams, but for life, leadership, and opportunity.
Special thanks goes to the African Leadership Academy, AL for Education for their full support towards this life-changing workshop.
