TIPHUNZIRE PROJECT

Tiphunzire (“We are learning”) delivers a comprehensive after-school education and support program to students at Tadala abc Primary School and Bingu National Stadium athletes whose emphasis is placed on reading sessions, life skills mentoring and sports sessions. Our focus is on building a strong community, teaching core values, and equipping students with skills for a fulfilling future and academic excellence.

FEEDING PROJECT

Since September 2024, the school has been running a daily feeding program that provides nutritious porridge every morning to all our students. This initiative is ensuring that all students have access to a healthy breakfast, which is essential for their academic success and overall well-being. The program has been well-received by both students and parents, and it has made a significant impact on the school community. Community mothers take turns in the preparation of the porridge. Our goal is to provide lunch meals to all students 3 days of the week as they are all involved in the Tiphunzire Project. In summary, there will be 350 meals each day, making it 1,050 meals each week, 12,950 meals each term and a total of 38,850 meals for the whole academic term. You can support the fundraising campaign for the feeding project here.

W.A.S.H AT OUR SCHOOL

To promote a healthy and hygienic learning environment, we implement comprehensive Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) training programs at Tadala abc Primary school. These sessions are conducted regularly to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for maintaining personal hygiene and contributing to a clean and safe school environment.
